Sustainability is part of our devotion to stewardship and care. Our candle vessels are made with 30% recycled glass and are fully recyclable—we strongly encourage repurposing or recycling them after the candle has been enjoyed. The biodegradable cork lid is also sustainably sourced and can be recycled or composted.

This is completely normal and a beautiful sign that your candle is made with 100% all-natural soy wax. Unlike paraffin or blended waxes, pure soy can cool with a slightly bumpy or frosted surface after burning—especially if the wax cools at different rates.

This natural texture doesn’t affect the quality, scent, or performance of your candle. In fact, it’s part of what makes Noohra candles clean, eco-conscious, and lovingly crafted without additives or fillers.

Discoloration is a natural occurrence—especially in candles made with 100% all-natural soy wax like ours. Because we avoid synthetic dyes and additives, the wax may shift in color over time due to:

• Exposure to light or heat
• Essential oils and fragrance blends interacting with the wax
• Natural cooling and curing variations

These subtle changes don’t affect the candle’s performance, scent, or safety. In fact, they’re a gentle reminder that your candle is crafted with clean, conscious ingredients—free from artificial stabilizers or colorants.

Our 8 oz candles offer approximately 40–45 hours of burn time, but that can vary depending on your space and burn habits. To enjoy your candle fully and safely, we recommend:

• Letting the wax pool: Burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the top—this helps prevent tunneling and ensures a consistent glow.
• Limiting burn sessions: Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time. Extended burns can create excess heat and shorten your candle’s life.
• Trimming the wick: Before each use, trim the wick to about ¼ inch to reduce smoke and promote a clean, steady flame.
• Snuffing gently: Extinguish your candle with a snuffer or lid rather than blowing it out, to preserve the scent and minimize soot.

For a rich, room-filling scent experience—also known as a strong hot throw—we recommend our 8 oz candle or larger. This size is ideal for medium to large spaces like bedrooms, office spaces, or prayer corners.

If you’re scenting a larger space or prefer a more intense fragrance, consider burning two candles from the same scent family at opposite ends of the room.

To enjoy your Noohra candle safely and beautifully, we recommend trimming the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, allowing the wax to melt fully across the surface, and limiting burn sessions to 3–4 hours. These simple steps help prevent tunneling, reduce smoke, and extend the life of your candle.
