Processing Time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping may vary. In most cases, in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. Custom orders may require additional time, which we will communicate directly.

Shipping Times (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 48–72 hours, followed by an estimated delivery window of 5–7 business days via USPS. Actual delivery times may vary based on USPS routing and service conditions.

Once your package is scanned by USPS, Noohra Artisan Candle Co., LLC no longer has control over delivery timelines. We are not liable for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries caused by the carrier.
